Lab members, Unmesh Katwate and Anoop VK (PhD Students) and Eldho PS (Masters Student) carried out field work in the headwaters of the Periyar River inside the Periyar Tiger Reserve, home to some of the most unique freshwater fish fauna of the Western Ghats Hotspot.
